The respect of deadlines is paramount and we undertake to meet all approved delivery dates as per the contract agreement. The experience and expertise of our research team, coupled with the flexibility and reactivity of our organisation, enable us to adapt to different environments whilst ensuring timely delivery. Contractual deadlines may be revised during the project lifecycle in line with client needs, project scope or context (shifting parameters, redefined objectives, unforeseen developments…) subject, of course, to the client’s approval.


(5) quality control
We consider quality control to be the backbone of our research activity and at the heart of project management. Stringent quality standards are applied and industry norms are respected at all times. Regular laboratory quality control checks are undertaken. Final study reports are submitted to the Laboratory Director and QA Manager for validation prior to delivery - the content is examined and verified with great care to ensure that it corresponds perfectly to the client’s requirements as defined in the contract agreement.
