model features intestinal tissue model
 >
The intestinal tissue model, perfectly adapted for intestinal tissue analysis, is comprised of intestinal specimens: either animal (rat, mouse, pig…) or human (surgery samples) derived from healthy or pathological tissue (stomach, duodenum, colon…).
 >
These living specimens are preserved several hours in vitro in a physiological solution allowing the tests to be carried out in the presence of the candidate, reference compound or placebo under investigation.
 >
The tissues are then treated using the specific method chosen for the experiment: IHC analysis, biochemical, cellular or molecular analysis.
