GLP contract research: quality & conformity
We are currently implementing a series of measures to bring our laboratories & laboratory practices in line with international industry standards as laid out by the FDA (Food & Drug Administration, 21 CFR part 58, 1976) and by the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation & Development, 1981): Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). Pending recognition of conformity, our organisation undertakes to respect industry norms and meet all customer quality requirements.

Personal and personalised service is the core of our service offering – from the very first contact through to the final report we listen attentively to our clients in order to understand the specificities of their projects and tailor protocols to best answer their needs. Communication and dialogue is maintained throughout the entire project lifecycle and, at the end of each project, feedback and comments from our clients enable us to constantly improve our services. We aim above all to develop healthy, long-term relationships with all our collaborators. |
